price is the price you pay to have me setup your site for you using

Exclusive

The exclusive
price is the price you will pay to have exclusive rights to this
template. If you want me to set up your website AND you have
exclusive rights to this template, you will pay the exclusive price
plus the setup price. Once you have made an exclusive purchase, the
template will be removed from my site. Also if the template or
webset is purchased without exclusive rights, the exclusive price
option will be removed. As long as no exclusive purchase is made,
there will be an unlimited supply for this template.
There are 9
colors in this set. You will only have exclusive rights to this
color. If you would like to buy exclusive rights to all 9 colors in
this set, the price is $899.
